Justin is fantastic. Right from the start he sat down with me and discussed my goals and asked some great questions to learn about me personally. He then put together a very detailed customized workout plan. I've had trainers before but none communicate as well and are as thorough and detailed as Justin. The workouts are not too hard, but very satisfying. He pushes me without being overbearing. I look forward to our workouts every week. We track the results and celebrate successes together. He's such a nice guy and his knowledge of the human body, muscles and different exercises to target certain areas is impressive. I'm running again thanks to Justin. Have lost 15 pounds in about 2 months. I feel great. I would definitely recommend Justin to anybody looking for a personal trainer.

Justin helped me lose over 20 pounds, which is the most I’ve ever lost and a huge accomplishment for me. I’m only 5’4” so 20 pounds is a lot! Justin motivated me to workout every week for a whole year, which is by far the longest I’ve stuck with an exercise program. His enthusiasm and positivity are infectious. He made exercising fun and I looked forward to working out with him every week. He also gave me nutritional tips and recommended exercises I can do at home by myself. I have more energy and feel better about myself than I ever have. He even helped me improve areas where I was struggling, like squats, or just made small corrections that made a big difference. He did all of this almost a thousand miles away! He lives in Georgia and I live in Connecticut. I was really impressed with his knowledge and dedication to help me improve myself.

My experience training with Justin was truly inspiring. Justin's training is on a personal level and always informational.
